VGSPORT is a company operating in the field of sports equipment manufacturing and trading, with a strong focus on developing e-commerce channels and expanding markets both domestically and internationally.
We are looking for E-commerce & Business Development Interns who are eager to learn, proactive, and passionate about business to join the company in building sales systems, developing customers, and expanding markets.
This is not just an internship; it's an opportunity for you to participate in real projects, gain experience, and build a foundation for your future career.
Support in building and operating the company's e-commerce channels (Website, Alibaba, and other platforms).
Upload, update, and optimize product information (images, descriptions, technical specifications, keywords...).
Search for and build a database of customers, agents, golf courses, driving ranges, and potential partners.
Support in introducing products, connecting with, and nurturing customers via Email, LinkedIn, Facebook, Zalo, and other suitable channels.
Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and propose solutions for business development.
Update progress and report work results weekly.
Direct guidance and training throughout the internship; no prior experience required.
Access to and participation in building the company's e-commerce channels, Website, and international storefronts.
Learn about e-commerce, business development, customer acquisition, and building practical sales systems.
Flexible working hours, creating conditions for balancing study and work.
Internship allowance based on ability and work results.
Earn commission according to company policy when participating in customer/partner development or assisting in bringing in orders.

3rd-year, 4th-year students, or recent graduates in E-commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, or related fields.

Ability to communicate and work independently.
Ability to read and understand English is a plus.
⏰ WORKING HOURS
Format: 100% Online.
Hours: Part-time, flexible according to study schedule (approximately 20–30 hours/week).
No timekeeping required, evaluation based on efficiency and work results.
Report progress and work results every Saturday.
