LEGAL SPECIALIST (FDI)

To meet the needs of expanding operations and developing an international client base, especially Chinese-invested enterprises, OPLAW is seeking 01 Legal Specialist (FDI) with solid expertise and a desire to grow in a professional consulting environment.

⚖️ JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide legal advice to domestic enterprises and foreign-invested enterprises (FDI).
• Execute procedures for business establishment, amendment of Investment Registration Certificates (IRC), Enterprise Registration Certificates (ERC), and other related legal procedures.
• Advise on investment, corporate, labor, licensing, and operational matters for FDI enterprises.
• Draft, review, and advise on various contracts, legal documents, and corporate instruments.
• Work with state agencies to carry out administrative procedures as required by clients.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to provide high-quality and effective legal services.
• Support and work directly with foreign clients when necessary.

🎯 REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a university with a major in Law.
• Minimum of 02 years of experience in corporate and foreign investment (FDI) consulting.
• Proficient in laws related to investment, corporate, labor, and procedures concerning FDI enterprises.
• Possess skills in consulting, drafting legal documents, and working independently.
• Ability to read, understand, and communicate in English.
• Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage, especially for candidates capable of working directly with Chinese clients and partners.
• Proactive, responsible, meticulous, and customer-service oriented.
